Prodigy Growth Labs were fantastic in helping me to achieve the ad I wanted to use in a campaign at Apco. Very receptive to all my feedback and quick with adjusting to my preferences. Very happy with their work.

Stay in view from the first step to the
final decision.
Put your brand inside high-intent shopping environments across Australia and New Zealand.

Inventory, duration and deadlines are confirmed against the final centre and screen list before artwork goes into production.
Own the whole journey, not just
one screen
Shopping-centre media works hardest when placements connect across arrival, movement, dwell and purchase. We choose formats around the path your customer actually takes.

- 01Portrait digital screensHigh-visibility 1080 x 1920 panels positioned through walkways, entries and high-flow zones.
- 02Large-format digitalLandscape or custom-format screens built for hero creative, sequenced messages and high-frequency exposure.
- 03Directories and shopfront mediaDigital directories, illuminated retail panels and shopfront-adjacent screens that keep the message close to store discovery.
- 04Journey mediaEntry doors, floors, travelators, food courts, bathrooms and car parks used as connected touchpoints.
- 05Atrium and static takeoversHanging banners, portrait and landscape lightboxes, decals, bollards and pillar wraps for a stronger physical presence.
Match the message to the mindset
A shopper walking in needs a different message from someone browsing, waiting or standing three metres from the till. We plan the campaign around that shift.
Lead with brand, offer or launch creative across entry, car-park and large-format media.
Use portrait screens, directories and travelator assets for quick, repeated exposure through the centre.
Use food-court, atrium and waiting-area formats for richer product stories and sequenced creative.
Bring price, product, QR code or store direction close to the point of purchase.
One build,
a clean file for every screen
Shopping-centre networks run on several production standards. We confirm the booked inventory first, then prepare the right masters and variants.
Portrait video
Commonly 7 or 10 seconds, 25 fps, 24-bit RGB, no audio.
Portrait static
24-bit RGB, supplied at the exact screen dimensions.
Landscape video
Commonly 7 seconds, 25 fps, no audio.
Selected portrait screens
JPEG under 1 MB or MP4 under 10 MB, safe copy area 1030 x 1870 px.
Static centre media
Lightboxes, banners, decals, floor graphics, pillar wraps and other print formats.
- ▸Lead with one message and one unmistakable call to action.
- ▸Keep headlines to around 10 words or fewer.
- ▸Use large, clean type. On selected portrait screens, terms and conditions should run at least 18 pt, with 36 pt preferred for primary copy.
- ▸Keep essential text and logos inside the safe area.
- ▸Skip strobe effects, flashing content, letterboxing and pillar boxing.
- ▸Allow 5 to 6 business days for standard delivery, and up to 10 working days in peak periods.
Built for brands that reward a shopper's
attention.
Centre media is a weaker fit when the audience is purely B2B, the offer depends on one very small catchment, or the message needs a long explanation.
See what ran, where it ran, and what to do
next.
Reporting is matched to the booked format and whatever operator data is available. We keep verified delivery and modelled audience estimates clearly separate.
- 01Booked centres, formats, screens and campaign dates
- 02Delivered plays or share of rotation for digital media
- 03Proof-of-display or installation records for static media
- 04Available footfall, audience and reach estimates
- 05Creative and placement observations
- 06Clear recommendations for the next campaign
What our clients say on Google
Worked closely with Aaron, he has been wonderful to work with and very helpful. He even offered a complimentary gift for us as well 😊
We have had a good experience with Prodigy Growth Labs and our digital billboard marketing. Aaron was very helpful with the initial copy construction and also when doing the tweaks and modifications we asked for as the campaign progressed .
Common
questions.
01Can I book one shopping centre?+
Yes. Single-centre campaigns run on selected inventory and suit launches, openings and focused catchment activity.
02How much lead time should I allow?+
Allow at least 5 to 6 business days for standard digital artwork after the format is confirmed. Some networks and peak periods need up to 10 working days.
03Can you adapt one design to every format?+
Yes. We turn one approved concept into portrait, landscape, static and site-specific versions while keeping the message hierarchy intact.
04Can digital creative use audio?+
Most shopping-centre digital screens do not support audio. Selected TV-enabled environments have their own audio specification, confirmed before production.
05Can I use flashing or strobe effects?+
No. Strobe effects and flashing content are not accepted on the supplied portrait-screen specification, and should be avoided across centre media generally.
