  • Allow at least 5 business days for the standard portrait format, and 6 business days for supplied portrait, landscape and TV-network formats.

  • Design for 2 to 5 seconds of real attention, even when the booked spot runs longer.

We have had a good experience with Prodigy Growth Labs and our digital billboard marketing. Aaron was very helpful with the initial copy construction and also when doing the tweaks and modifications we asked for as the campaign progressed .

FAQ

Common
questions.

01Do specifications vary by retail network?
+

Yes. Ratio, duration, file size, audio and deadline can all change by network. We confirm the final production sheet before artwork begins.

02Can you resize my existing campaign?
+

Yes. We adapt an approved concept into portrait, landscape, static and motion masters while protecting legibility and hierarchy.

03Does retail creative support audio?
+

Most retail display formats are silent. Selected TV-enabled environments support audio, with their own level requirements.

04How early should files be ready?
+

Plan for at least 5 to 6 business days before campaign start, and earlier if several formats or approval rounds are involved.

05Can retail media be measured against sales?
+

Sometimes. Sales, category and loyalty data depend on the retailer and the campaign. Delivery reporting is available more consistently than sales data.
