Refund and Cancellation Policy.
This policy applies to payments made for advertising and related services supplied by Prodigy Growth Labs Pty Ltd. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable signed booking agreement, this policy and any rights available under applicable law.
Cooling off period
All advertising bookings have a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time the booking agreement is signed. You may cancel within this period by sending a written request to contact@prodigygrowthlabs.com. Any amount paid for the booking will be refunded in full.
Cancellation after the cooling off period
Refunds are not provided when you cancel after the 24-hour cooling-off period, unless your signed agreement states otherwise or a refund is required by law. If your agreement requires advance written notice to terminate, you must give that notice. Giving notice does not by itself create a right to a refund.
If we terminate or cannot provide the services
If we terminate an agreement, you will not be charged for advertising services that have not been provided. You remain responsible for fees for services already provided. Any fees paid in advance for services not provided will be refunded within three business days of the termination date.
If we cannot deliver the agreed advertising services, any amount paid in advance for the undelivered services will be refunded within three business days after we notify you.
Payment or direct debit errors
If you believe a payment or direct debit is incorrect, email us as soon as possible. We will review the transaction and correct any verified error. Please check your account and card statements regularly.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email contact@prodigygrowthlabs.com and include your business name, booking or contract number, invoice number, payment date and the reason for your request. Cooling-off cancellations must be received in writing within the 24-hour period. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
