  • Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full before any campaign begins. Our services are pre-planned, involving resource allocation and scheduling to cater to your specific requirements.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Given the nature of our services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and other customized services, all fees are non-refundable once a campaign has started. This policy is necessary because our services involve substantial preparation, custom strategy development, and resource allocation that cannot be recouped once a campaign is underway.
  • Subscription Services: Clients are billed monthly for subscription-based services. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing contact@prodigygrowthlabs.com. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their contracts at any time.. If a contract is canceled mid-month, services will continue until the end of that billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
  • Client Cooperation: Refunds will not be granted if the client does not follow our recommended strategies or if they simultaneously engage another digital marketing service provider.
  • Access and Availability: Refunds are not applicable if the client fails to provide necessary access to digital assets or if their digital platforms are non-operational or inaccessible.
  • Major Failures: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if our services experience a major failure, clients are entitled to a refund or compensation for the reduction in service value. A major failure occurs when a service is:
    • Substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
    • Does not meet the specific purpose you requested and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Creates an unsafe situation.
  • Service Issues: For minor problems with our services, we will strive to provide a solution or offer a partial credit towards future services, at our discretion.
